If you’re anything like me, you’re going to find a convenient way to do almost everything just to fit it into your day while keeping up with good habits at the same time.

I started blending fruits together and freezing them in jars as a great way to get my fruit serves into me, as well as including it as part of my breakfast on the go – quick & convenient! Each morning before commuting to work I’d grab it from the freezer, pack it in my bag and by the time I’d arrive at the office, it was melted enough to eat like a frozen yoghurt or even drink as a cold fruit drink.


The good thing about it is, one prep on a weekend lasts a whole week and you can change it up each week for variety using a different blend of fruits each week so you don’t get bored of it.

Plus, it keeps for a while in the freezer when you’re ready to eat it and it’s better than snacking on junk food.

It’s definitely not rocket science or an idea I came up with myself, but a great reminder that little things to keep up a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be tedius, hard or expensive. A little bit of prep can go a long way, and healthy can also be delicious!
